My Contacts Backup: free app to backup of iPhone contacts
If you are afraid of losing your iPhone contacts (phone numbers, e-mail addresses, URLs, photos, notes, and birthdays) or you want to transfer them on another smartphone (including Android), you can use the free app 'My Contacts Backup', which is very easy to use and will save all your names and numbers in a backup file (without connecting to a computer) that you can later e-mail to yourself. In order to restore the list of contacts, you just need to navigate to that e-mail message from your iPhone, iPad or iOS device and click on the .vcf backup file.
