City Creator allows you to create your own city. Choose a city from between Blankton, Snoland or Medieville then click the corresponding 'build' button to begin. Just drag and drop pieces from the palettes onto the open space and arrange them to make your city. It might help to start by adding the roads, you have buildings, roofs, people and vehicles at you disposal. Afterwards, once you have created and saved your city you can use it as your desktop wallpaper.
