You do not need to know anything about programming to use the platform Animatron.com, an online tool for animations which is very simple to use (and free for the first 20 projects). You can choose among various shapes and scenes, use a timeline to manage the animations, import audio from your computer, upload pictures and drawings etc. On the homepage you can see some work done by users. The platform is open to everyone in 'guest' mode, which does not require registration (but the creations are stored only for 15 days).
