Help the Aged is an international charity fighting to free disadvantaged older people from poverty, isolation and neglect. They research the needs of older people in the UK and overseas and campaign for changes in policy. They provide community services and publish information on finance, how to stay healthy as well as guidance on choosing a care home. There are many ways you can get involved with Help the Aged. Whether you raise money, make a donation, give your time, run a marathon or help in one of their shops, your support is vital to improve the lives of older people in the UK and overseas.
